BinoBet Terms and Conditions for account use, play and payments

1. Agreement and definitions

These Terms govern access to our site, account creation, casino games, sports betting, promotions, deposits, withdrawals, verification, responsible gambling tools and support. BinoBet, we and our mean the operator and service providers administering the account. Player and you mean the verified account holder. Balance includes real-money and, where stated, bonus funds. By creating or using an account, you accept these Terms and any specific game, payment or promotion rules displayed before use.

2. Eligibility and one-account rule

You must meet the legal gambling age, have legal capacity and use the service only where lawful. Register one account in your own legal identity. Provide accurate, current information and update it when it changes. You are responsible for password security, device access and all activity completed through valid credentials unless you notify us promptly of suspected compromise.

3. Verification and source of funds

We may verify identity, age, address, payment ownership, telephone, email and source of funds. Documents must be genuine, current, complete and readable. Enhanced checks may apply to larger, unusual or higher-risk activity. Account functions and payments may be held for review while evidence is examined.

4. Deposits and balances

Use payment methods held in your own name and follow the minimum, maximum, currency and network shown in the cashier. The working deposit minimum is EUR 20, although a promotion can require EUR 30. Failed payments, chargebacks, reversed transfers, duplicate credits and obvious errors may be corrected. A deposit is not accepted until it appears as cleared funds in the account.

5. Withdrawals

The working withdrawal minimum is EUR 40. We may return funds through the deposit route or another verified method. Requests pass through account, bonus, security and payment checks. Standard limits may reach EUR 10,000 per day and EUR 50,000 per month. Processing time begins after approval and excludes bank, card and blockchain settlement outside our control.

6. Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion has eligibility, activation, deposit, wagering, expiry, maximum stake, game contribution and withdrawal rules. The standard welcome route may use 40x wagering, a EUR 5 maximum stake and a 10-day period. Duplicate claims, coordinated betting, excluded games, opposite betting, artificial turnover and other abuse can result in bonus cancellation and account review.

7. Games, bets and transaction records

A game or sports bet is accepted when recorded by our system. Rules displayed in the game or market apply to settlement. Interrupted rounds are resolved from platform records. Obvious price, odds, balance, payout or technical errors can be corrected; affected bets or rounds may be voided where the published rules permit. Our authenticated transaction record is the primary evidence of account activity.

8. Prohibited activity

Do not commit fraud, collude, use false documents, operate multiple accounts, abuse payments or bonuses, reverse legitimate deposits, access another person’s account, use automated betting tools, manipulate software, conceal material location information, launder funds or interfere with another player. We may restrict, suspend, investigate or close an account and preserve evidence for legal or regulatory reporting.

9. Account closure and inactivity

You may request closure through support. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach, risk, security, legal duty or prolonged inactivity. Valid real-money balances are handled after required deductions, checks and dispute holds. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period ends.

10. Responsible gambling

Use deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off and self-exclusion. Gambling is entertainment, not income; losses cannot be recovered by increasing stake size. Contact support if account controls or immediate exclusion are needed.

11. Intellectual property, liability and service operation

Site software, text, graphics, marks and databases are protected. You receive a personal, revocable right to use the service lawfully. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or winnings. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, without excluding rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Complaints, changes and governing terms

We may update these Terms for product, legal, security or operational reasons. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
